The Silence That Contains Sound
The Stillness That Contains Movement
The Awareness That Contains Thought


So, at some point this juiciness will pass.
I'll fall into doubt, busy mind, traps of desire.
I'll forget this sense of knowing, and doubt the sense of certainty.
And I'll have t odo this all over again.
But -- for now -- I am -- at rest.
